Rural Roads Company DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, but we do allow in-store credit or item exchanges. This EXCLUDES ANY PURCHASES made at The Ohio FFA Convention or Farm Science Review - no exceptions.  

Items must have their original tags intact and be free of stains, marks, smells, etc. ALL CUSTOMERS are responsible for the shipping cost when returning items.
